You mean drain the radiator?
There is a plastic plug at the bottom of the radiator, there will be a gap in the plastic splash guard under the car which will help you find it.
That will drain the radiator. To drain the coolant from the block, there is a big drain bolt (I seem to remember 19mm?) up and to the left of the oil filter.

ok thanks. Yes it was to drain the radiator. What are the consequences of running water in the radiator?

consequences?? what do you mean? like flushing it? it wont hurt. but in refilling it, you still need to use a 50/50 of coolant/water.

You can just run water, if there is no chance of freezing; but it must be distilled water, or it can have a reaction with the metal inside the radiator.
If you run 100% coolant, you're wasting money and it may not be good for the metals in your motor and radiator. It's meant to keep the water from freezing in the winter, and actually doesn't cool as well as water.
I use the prestone pre-mix, because you only need 2 bottles to do a complete flush and fill; so I don't mind paying extra for it.

I usually drain the coolant. Stick a water hose in there with the valve open and let it completely flush out until you see pure water coming out. Then, fill up with Prestone 50/50.
