Best way would be to take it apart and have the valves and combustion chamber glass beaded... but you said you don't want to take it apart.
(thats what I used to do. clean and rebuild heads)

I just realized I have my old D15B7 head in my shed.. I went to look at it again and saw the valves are filthy. I can't see how to even clean them . Just chipping it off seems to work. The stuff caked on it is so hard it feels like cement. Does yours feel like that?

Re: (owner)
Yea you could use carb spray and a brush (WEAR SAFETY GLASSES! CARB SPRAY IN THE EYE SUCCCCKS!!) but you wont be able to get the buildup on the back side of the valve.
