Auto to Manual in EG Sedan..finished but mount question...
I was wondering if anyone else has done the auto to manual swap in an EG sedan. I have had this swap for close to 2 years, but I recently turbo'd my car, and when I completed the swap, the front lower tranny bracket/mount did not line up, so I left it off. Well, with the turbo, I am getting wheel hop, so I want to find a solution to this problem.
I have a front lower mount, but it is not flat where it meets the transmission, and the transmission has a flat spot where the mount is supposed to fit flush. I was hoping someone else has done this swap. I was wondering which front lower transmission mount I needed, because the one I have (not sure if it's from the automatic or not) will not line up with the holes in the lower "frame rail".
Any insight into this will be appreciated because I really want to get that mount installed.

I'm not talking about the main upper mount. I know about that. I have the Hasport mount for that. I'm referring to the front lower "torque" mount.

Awesome, that'd be great. I think I might have the manual mount. Hopefully I do. For some reason I was thinking we tried it but it wasn't lining up correctly. I'll have to check again.
