if you're gonna have to buy a hub anyways, why not just buy the itr front hub. if it just the rear that you're inquiring about then idk but from what i've gathered when doing my 5 lug the only way is to use the itr rear trailing arm assembly.
supposedly someone else did the rear using a mazda axle nut of some sort and some welding. and i don't know where they got the rear hub from or whatever, but there's no way i'd even try it on my car. i want the stuff on my car to be bolted on like it would be from the factory.

just use 94+ integra knuckles all around, then buy itr hubs/bearings/rotors to replace them. there was a write up on ht awhile back where this guy did it on his del sol with the 2 h22 motors.
