heres an idea... use the search feature... i high flow cat is just a normal catalytic converter that is bigger in diameter so that it doesnt restrict the exhaust flow... most people get them with swaps because all the exhaust piping is bigger... it wont really increase hp maybe 1 hp if anything... its just designed for better exhuast flow and so you can pass emissions

the "10hp increase" would be only possible if you eliminated the catalytic converter and ran a test pipe. ive seen alot of ebay sellers selling test pipes as high flow cats though, which is kinda mean, but funny at the same time.

high flow cat=
test pipe= horrible for environment, smelly, and illegal as hell

A catylitic converter lowers emissions by trapping heat and combining extra elements and compounds from the combustion process into less harmful substances. A test pipe is a piece of pipe that does nothing. They both have places to put an oxygen sensor, so your car "can" work with either, but you'll smell a lot worse and sound a lot worse with the test pipe.

Regardless of what you choose, neither is going to increase hp or tq very much. If you really want some power, get an electric cutout and put it before your stock catylitic converter and exhaust system. That way, when you need the power, you get ALL of the power and when you don't need it you stay nice and quiet and reliable.

QTP makes electric cutouts. They have a site "quicktimeperformance.com". Go check it out.
