Default Hesitation/bogging issues, 99 Civic Si

Okay to start, the car isn't throwing any codes, and the original motor has been replaced with an jdm obd1 B16 along with the P30 Ecu it came with.

Basically the car runs absolutley perfect when it's cold, but as soon as it warms up to full temp it sometimes has a very noticeable low rpm bog/hesitation...the plug wires, and cap and rotor were replaced 2500 miles ago (oem Honda) but i havn't done much else to remedy the problem...Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated

my car has been doing the same thing as your describing. except my car is a 97 hatch with single cam still.

I have figured out that it is a throttle position related problem. If i try to go partial throttle it will hesitate/run like ****, but if i push the pedal to a certain point it takes off normaly like it should.

Yeah the only thing that steers me away from that is that the car runs perfect until it's fully warm..i'm thinking along the lines of maybe O2 Sensor (again ) or maybe a coolant temp sensor..not really sure...but i guess a TPS sweep wouldn't hurt.
