Default Help! speedo don't work.

I filled the tranny with fluid through the speed sensor (see link) and now my speedo doesn't work. The speed sensor seems to be fully in and flush with the tranny. I can't figure it out. Anyone else have the same problem? BTW I have a GSR tranny.

more than likly a bad VSS.

Vehicle Speed Sensor. get a new one, or borrow a friend's for a little bit to see if that is the problem.

Why would the VSS suddenly go bad after taking it out? Also, the car definately hits vtec - i thought it wouldn't hit vtec if the speed was disconnected.
