did you take out the ebrake consol then remove the shifter consol? That should get you to the stereo.

remove the center console, take off your shift **** (if it's a 5 spd duh) so the whole thing can come out not getting stuck at the shift boot, its just easier to work if u take the whole thing out, its only 2 pieces anyway. There should be screws on both sides of the main unit, its all right there in front of you. If you still can't figure it out...well...you should cause its really just a civic...

try getting a helms manuel, it should be standard in any hsop that deals with honda/acura
