Ok, so i have a 96 ek hatch with a 97gsr in it. I'm getting ready to swap my 99 d16y8 into the car and i realized that the PS(power steering) doesnt match up. on the gsr it mounts right above the header on the head, but as far as i can tell the only place for it to go on the y8 is under the header on the block. Is this where its suppose to go?

also can anybody post some pics of a y8 with stock power steering and where its mounted?

PS no i am not going to remove my power steering. and dont ask why i'm swapping a D back in please.

The PS bracket has 2 bolts going into the block and 1 going into the head. It's on the right side of the motor.

ahhhhh thank you so much!!!! My d16 doesnt have that bracket thats why i was so confused!
