i have a 96 ex coupe, and i have an aem cai and i wanted to know what the best mod to do next was. Im a begginer when it comes to cars, so if anyone has any advise, im willing to listen....

i/h/e = intake/headers/exhaust... You've got intake, so get either headers or exhaust, doesnt matter which, but I'd go with exhaust first. Should be a piece of cake to find for an ex. After that, you can choose what you want to mod, suspension, brakes, more engine (fuel system, cams, gears, pulleys, whatever)... Plenty of options...

at this point if ur going to keep the motor just go with and upgrated custom cat. back, 2 1/4" and a nice straight thru muffler..i prefer magnaflow..with headers it just to hit and miss. some of us have gain d power on the hi end and actually lost power on the lower and mid range..so unless ur going to be reving alot in 4k+ range just save ur money and keep the stock manifold...

I personally would do exhaust or suspension. Those are the first things i did to my car. If it a manually, you might want to consider a short shifter. After driving with mine, i hate driving cars that do not have them. After that, its up to what you want to do. If you want to do a engine swap, i wouldnt spend any money on this engine and just save up for the new one. If you are going to go turbo, I wouldnt buy a header since that will have to be replaced.
