help....my 99 si wont start

Default help....my 99 si wont start

when i try to start up the car, i dont hear the fuel pump prime and it doesnt crank... i checked the fuses and i took out the alarm and still nothingand i changed the battery also.. what do you guys think it is?

I had the same problem with my gsr..

for me, it was the relay for the fuel pump..

same symptoms for me..i wouldnt hear my fuel pump...then no crank over


I think that it is probly that, u never kno with hondas though

You took the alarm off?

did you know what your doing, meaning it's not a kill switch in the alarm preventing it from cranking?

If the starter isnt turning either check the ignition wire from the column to the starter... and if its turning but not cranking , try rolling the car a little bit to get the starter to bite? its worth a try

Need just alittle more info to help you out. Do you have power at all? Does the motor try to turn over at all If not can you here the starter clicking.

ground wires....one was lose and one was bad....when it came out of the body shop i guess they didnt tighten it after they sprayed my enginebay
