Car Wont Start: Alarm Issue??
My friend recently bought a 1993 Civic Si with a d15b2. Car ran fine for a few weeks but yesterday would not start. We believe the problem is with the alarm system as the car is not receiving either spark or fuel but is cranking. The fuel pump does not prime and the main relay doesn't click. I believe the alarm is a compustar. Any information on diagnosis or how to solve this problem is appreciated.

Is the CEL ON?
Check whether fuse 31 under the hood or fuse 18 or 24 under the dash is blown.
Also check the critical ground wire located on the thermostat housing. It may be loose, disconnected, or corroded.
