help!! misfire at full throttle!
hi guys im new to HT. i already know most people nag and nag "hey noob theres a search button". i searched and cant find a topic to my specific problem. i have a 95 ex coupe with a jdm d15b block and a z6 head. the problem started when i spun a rod in my z6 block. a friend of mine helped me swap the block with the d15b i bought for cheap and when we got it back together it would start cutting out and sputtering once it hit 3k at anything more then half throttle. we are stummped as to what it is.
Map, tps, dizzy, injectors, ecu, vtec solenoid, and FPR have been swapped with ones from a fully running car. the fuel filter and air filter are new, new plugs and wires, its in perfect time (even had double checked at a shop). im just starting to run out of ideas. any help would be appriciated. i cant take only being able to rev out at half throttle!

update* i recently pinched the fuel line going from the fuel filter to the rail and it started revving to 4.5k now so it has to be fuel related. i swapped in a stack fuel pump and ditched to walbro 255 but that changed nothing. im thinking about getting a wideband and seeing what my afr
