Default Car sputtering please help!

I have just completed a swap in my Civic, its a crv block and a 98 gsr head, running obd1. I have been having trouble with the engine, it will idle ok and drive ok if i dont beat on it. If I get into the throttle it will die exactly past half throttle, if i then back off the throttle it will come back and I can drive it as long as I dont go past half throttle other times it wont come back and will just sputter and buck. I have switched the TPS, MAP, and Distributor, ECU, also verified that I have enough fuel pressure under load, and switched from my rc injectors back to stock.NOTHING has made a difference. I could really use some help with this situation. if anyone knows of a similiar issue and what the fix was I would love some help on this one. I mean I have switched pretty much everything I can think of. DOES ANYONE KNOW OF A GOOD SHOP FOR SWAPS IN THE CNY OR ANYWHERE IN NY? Thanks, Chad I have posted this in 2 forums not knowing if this is the right forum or not.

I am having a similar problem. Haven't found a solution. I may have a defective distributor. Check O2 sensor? Cap and rotor?

disconnect your o2 sensor see if it runs better like that. and also when you changed out the tps sensor did you calibrate it?

I will check the O2 , to be honest it never came to my mind to check that. I have switched out the distributor already with a known good one, it had no effect. I am not aware on how to calibrate the TPS. I will read up on that and post results after those 2 things are checked. Thanks, Chad

I changed the O2 sensor and the distributor, and still got the same problem but less frequent. The only thing that is working now is my Air/Fuel gauge signal. I guess the TPS is next for me.

Update on my issue, It generally helps if the idle air control motor wires are not broke inside the harness That was the issue all along, it must have happened when i trimmed the engine harness and retaped it all up to make it alittle neater. so the issue is resolved!! thanks for the input though everyone.
