Help me with problem on mini swap
Okay heres the deal, everything on the mini swap is done, ecu wired, head and intake on, all wires re wired and conncected, but we have hoses in the wrong spot, im burning coolant and pooring out white smoke, and it has a differentiating idle from like 1k to 2k rpms. can any one help me out, maybe send me a picture of how your d16y8 intake manny hose connections are or maybe some 1 has a diagram. thanks in advance. Improper headgasket seal +2. Tear it back down and get a straight edge and some feeler gauges and make sure the block and head are straight

there's not supposed to be air in your coolant system it will cause erratic idle. so i don't think the radiator should bubble

Re: Help me with problem on mini swap
okay i fixed the idle, i forgot to plug up the ps vacum line cause i dont have ps. then i had bought another intake manifold with all the sensors on it but it didnt match the head. so i just swapped all the sensors to the intake manifold that came with the head and no more smoke...untilll i give it a little gas. now i am getting bubbles from my resivior, so what would you recomend me do to clean the head and block before i put on my head gasket
