i lower cars all day long, buttttt, a kid asked to do lower his 2004 civic EX. I understand the rear setup, can some one clear me up on the front suspension? im used to TEG and eg suspension, thanks

what exactly are you asking about? if youve done other cars in the past and youve pulled the wheel off of this one it should be easy to see what needs to be done. the only "tip" i can give you is before you seperate the lower strut bolts from the spindle would be to take off the axle nut and push the axle out of the hub as far as you can (you dont have to take it out all the way). if you dont do this theres a good chance the inner cv joint will pull apart, then you gotta jack with it or pull it to put it back together. this also applies to the rsx.

remove axel nut? wth u talking about willis? its simple, if you can do egs and tegs then this is cake. 04 so im assuming it the same chassis as an 02 which only took me about 1 and 15 minutes with air tools. imo its easier then our years. if u are mechanically incline which i assume you are, then its no different then older cars. just eye out the parts that need removing and the axel nut is not one.

well, on the front shock, theres like a Tie ROd looking arm that ceomes from the rack area to the shock body its self, i dont see a connection for it on the new Koni shock, its something EG and DA and DCs dont have on the front connecting to the shock body
