My educated guess tells me the first one, but honestly its pretty hard to tell just based on a picture like that, just try all 3 and see which one fits.

From your picture it looks like the one in the middle; if it's a 5-speed.

It shouldn't matter for a D-series unless the EK versions are different. I've personally reused the automatic rear T bracket on a couple of automatic to manual EG swaps.
