Ok Before criticizing me Im'm Not a Mechanic but know a few things I did the whole swap in my garage with only hand tools.
My ej1 when I bought it had a d15b7 and was Dead so I bought a D16y8. I installed the motor threw the bottom and have every thing fit except the T. Bracket that is not aligned it's just off a few centimeters. I have tried everything to make it align but nothing. Any Ideas or tips...

Which bracket? Auto or manual? As far as I know the mounts should be the same.
I have the Y8 bracket manual

Here's a stupid question; is the transmission manual or automatic?

silly question, but is the motor aligned properly? tranny mount and engine side mount bolted down?
after looking at the picture it looks like the motor needs to be pushed back to the rear?

'96 - '00 T brackets aren't the same as '92 - '95 T brackets and don't work.

Arg. Then I was misinformed. So that begs the question; What happened to the bracket from the D15? Can you use it?
