HELP i must be the only retard who doesn't know how to check a cel code...
Okay, I found the 2 blue plugs covered w/ the green rubber, I got a wire or a paperclip, now which plug do i jump? there is 1 with 3 wires and 1 with 2 wires, but most importantly, this is embarrassing but where the fukc is the blinking light??? I swear I can't find it, don't laugh I know that's sounds messed up but for real I don't know where it is... I got a b16 in my eg coupe and I got a case of the bouncing idle and check engine light someone out there has all the answers to my problems...

the one with the 2 wires. key off, jump them, turn the key on. look at the check engine light. thats what flashes.

Everything is fixed!!! B16 runs like a dream, rpms like a rock at 800, even runs quieter, I talked to my buddy who is a honda mechanic and a honda freak, told me how to fix it in two minutes, I felt like a retard then but man, it's pretty sweet when it's all hooked up and everything is working properly, the way it should be. Holla at me if any one needs help with this problem, I don't know if it's as simple as my problem but it's worth a try- all I did was unplug my throttle position sensor (rpms should drop) then adjust your idle plug it back in, I don't remember if idle changed right then, but I shut the car off and started it again and it was perfect. also, my car was warm when I did this, I'm pretty sure most guys with this problem notice that it happens after car warms up or right after you let it rip.
