Camber kit will not stop from rubbing. Sounds like you're just too low for the amount of drop. Get smaller wheels or you need some keys to lift it a little.

You can also bend or "roll" the inner lip of the fender but it still may be dropped too low.
Does it only rub when you hit a bump or all the time?

ohhh...you're tires are rubbing...you can fix it by:
1) find the hooks for your coilovers (not hard to find, or cheap to buy)
2) roll your fenders
3 put smallers wheels back on
don't get a camber kit, a camber kit is only suppose to straighten out your camber, but why would u want to straighten them out more if you already rub with negative camber?

look slike you got the wrong offset.
on a civic, you'll run into problems when you run anything 16+ and lowered. what kind of coilovers are they?

got a pic of the coilovers? you'll either need an allen wrench or the "hook" type of wrenches that any "performance" shops can get you.

damn that **** is dropped, I don't even think rolling your fenders could help you out. There's two kinds of keys they sell for coilovers, if not, just get a new set of coilovers.

just go to your local shop, and use some of the keys out of a set of coilovers, thats what my brother and had to do. we bought something small, to make them happy, then just asked if we could take a set of keys out to the parking lot, and we did it right there, its not hard to do at all.

I believe the velox vx-6 rims come in 38,40,and 42 mm offset...
you might have the 38 mm offset which would make them stick out
you need to sell them if so and get 42 mm rims

Re: help i don't no what to do (piscorpio)
get smaller rims 14's or 15's, 17's are too big
or you can always contact the previous owner to see if he have the keys

that black hb isnt his car... he just used the pic as a reference.
check to see if you have too much positive camber, or maybe its just the wheel offset. personally i feel 17s are kinda big on a civic...

Re: help i don't no what to do (piscorpio)
I don't think that's his car cause his sig says he has a 1995 Civic Coupe. I think he was using that pic as a reference.
If I'm wrong then sorry LOL
Anyways I had the same problem man. When I had my stock wheels on I had my coilovers dropped 4 inches and then I put on 17 inch rims and the inside of the wheel well actually SAT on my tires LOL my tires wouldn't even move. So I took them off took the new rims home rolled the fenders and raised the car a little and was fine.
You should be able to borrow the keys for your coilovers from a performance shop as they'll usually have some lying around just in case.
