Default !HELP! How is this happening?

Ok how is this happening: i have a 98 civic dx hb and just installed a apexi ws exhaust, but i have a header installed so it eliminated the cat which was in the factory exhaust manifold the exhaust bolts right up the the header(so no cat at all) the first o2 is installed at the top of the header and i welded a bung at the end of the header right where the exhaust bolts up and this is where the second o2 is. I've been driving the cat for about 3 days and no check engine light. i know that's a good thing kinda but how is this happening without a o2 simulator and should i do anything about it.
thanks

Maybe you have no bulb in your cluster for the check engine light. My friends ek didnt have one. If you want to be safe, just buy an obd2 civic ex cat.
