Default Help fuel pump not turning on (solved)

So i was driving back home and when i got halfway up the hill up my driveway it randomly died. Tried to start it up again and it couldn't start. Tried starting it several times and i noticed that the fuel pump not priming. So here are the things i have done to try and fix the problem

- Connect the fuel pump to battery and it runs perfectly
- Jumped the 5 and 7 relay connecter and fuel pump didnt turn on
- Changed out the fuel/main relay
- Checked all fuses from under the hood and the dash everything works
- Changed out the ECU
- Checked my grounds from the thermostat, tranny etc.

Anyone got anymore ideas on what could be the problem? Seems like i dont have power going through.

Ignition harness... I don't see anything wrong with it. Looks normal to me... Anymore suggestion?

Was the key in ON(II) when you jumped terminal 5 to 7 in the main relay plug? If so, a fuse is likely blown. Test installed dash fuse 24 (92-95) or dash fuse 13 (96-00) with a test light as described at the Fuse link in my signature.

Might just be a bad fuel pump. Thats a sign of a bad fuel pump there. Most fuel pumps give out under strain, kinda like the hill u talked about. Also Might die in idle, But a fuel pump will warm u and give u signs. Was the car kinda jumpy? does the start on the car seem kinda slow and non responsive? does your car die under a long trip?. Just some ideas. But ive had a car with a bad fuel pump that was giving out. yours might have just died on u. Thats a 85 dollor fix. Takes your *** to autozone and buy that fuel pump, Its a hella easy installment.

Yes, i had the key on the 2 when i jumped the terminal 5 and 7 in the main relay plug. Nothing happened and the fuel pump didnt turn on. All fuses are good, used a test light and they were all lighting up

If it was the fuel pump, why would it turn on when i connected the pump directly to the battery?

Did you check dash fuse 24:

If fuse 24 is fine, check whether terminal 5 in the main relay plug gets voltage with the key in ON(II). It should.
