#20 could be a bad ground. Check "ALL" the grounds. The load detector is in the under the hood fuse box, so if you can't eliminate the code, replace the complete fuse panel for one out of the same model.
#41 could be either a bad 02, a bad ground for the heater, or a broken wire.
