Well I have no experience with innovate motorsports but it looks like you have a normal wideband A/F regulator. If you have a laptop install that CD and get a A/F gage. Dont get one of those crappy light show ones, get a digital one.

If you follow the instructions that were given to you it will tell you were to splice those wires into you harness. Since your asking what is what im guessing your new to this( no offense) so you might be better off taking it to a shop that can tune a wideband for a civic because you can blow your motor pretty easy if don't know what your doing.

the wires are the main harness, one plugs into one, two into two.
the O2 fastens into the exhaust pipe, in the original location is best, but requires you to disable the O2 in the ECU. With Uberdata/Crome you can feed the A/F output into the ECUs O2 input and datalog it to tune. Or you can feed it to a gauge.
com feeds into your laptop into the serial port and the CD has the programs on it needed to display the readings.

the other wires hanging loose are some other inputs that can be used for several other engine sensors if desired.

the switch is either for power or some other function, all this will be covered into the instructions.
I'm going have to agree with fasthatchb18c1 asking this type of questions means you're not ready to use such a device. Either do a lot more reading or leave it to a professional.

BTW the manual in the pic shows that it's a LC-1, if you don't have it check it out at http://www.innovatemotorsports...d.php and see if anything makes sense to you.
