I drive a 2001 Civic EX and they don't have a turbo kit out, so I was thinking about putting a custom turbo kit together. Nothing fancy, just used parts and stuff. I know our model has a returnless fuel system and there's been a lot of talk about how they are going to solve that. Can anyone help me with this, is this a good idea?

I'd focus on the fuel system. No gas + lots of air = boom! Unless you can rig up some kind of alcohol or propane injection. (additional injectors)

What kind of injectors are you talking about??

They make additional injector kits. They aren't the best in fuel atomization, but they should get you by. This has been a proven method to get by on running pump gas on high boost supras, 3si's, and 300z's. There's usually 2 440 injectors and they plumb in before your throttle body in the charge piping.

Returnless fuel system won't let you do that. No where for the excess fuel to go so you'd be running 2:1 fuel ratio :D
