HELP: all lights dim at high RPM and at random
also my needles like the speedometer, temp, and rpm fluctuate really fast sometimes like they go all the way to 0 then back up again. it's mostly the temp gauge and especially at higher RPMs it bounces really fast, not slow like its reading the temp, its just bouncing.
not sure if it has any relevance but my starter stopped working about the same time. it won't crank anymore. the battery is new and alternator works fine.
car is a 1992 honda civic hatch with b18c1, all stock.
anyone have any ideas?

use to have the same problem but only all the lights/ac fan/blower motor , dime ,
it was bc my battery was soo old that my car was bearly running on it it wa running on the alternator , that explain why it dimes on hig RPM's
