Default HELP!! 00 Civic Si

Okay, here is the deal. I have a 2000 Honda Civic Si. I just recently swapped a OBD2 JDM GSR into the car. Now, everything is hooked up all the lines etc... all fluids are in. The problem I am having is that my car is overheating. The bottom coolant hose into the thermostat is staying cold and the upper hose is warming up. So I figured hmm... must be the thermostat. This morning I went out and bought a new one and replaced that with the gasket and all and then sat their and added coolant and let it warm up and get all the air out of the lines and motor etc. Well... 1st, my fan NEVER kicks on and that bottom hose is staying cold. The water in the radiator gets to boiling point.

So my question is.. what can it be? I have replaced the thermostat and the fan is plugged in and all the lines and plugs are where they should be.

Any help would be great thanks!

the fan rarely turns on anyways only when it is hot.. its probably just a bubble in the water pump. take off the rad cap and keep the radiator full while the engine is running (warming up from a cold start) then at times if the coolant doesnt go down at all put the cap on and squeeze the lines bother upper and lower radiator hoses. pop the rad cap back off and pour in coolant as needed. if the problem still exists.. check the oil (drain it completely into a clean container) check it for milky coolant/oil mixes. also it helps to remove the valve cover to check for the milky mixture again. if everything is clear then check for any leaks what-so-ever. get the car warmed up (just starting to overheat) and shut it off and park the car in a clean area.. come back in 5-10 mins and move the car and check the ground for any coolant leaks. if there is a leak then find the leak and fix it. hope that helps!

Thanks! I just added the oil and did a coolant flush twice already, I have moved the car a couple times and no leaks, im going to check the relays and just go from there.
