HEADLIGHT HELP. BEams go on but no low beams on left side.

HEADLIGHT HELP. BEams go on but no low beams on left side.
hi, ive searched. but nothing.
-my left headlight is out, the beams go on both side but then the normal low beam doesnt go on on the left one.
at first i thought my headlight could be the problem but then i found out that my left side backing up light doesnt go on either, so i thought a fuse might be blown, nope all the fuses look fine.
-is there anything eles i can do?
