Re: headlight adjustment on eg civic (EJcoupe)
A pic would do more justice, but anyway...the two retaining bolts on the upper rad support (above the headlamp itself) tilt the headlight up or down. The two adjustors on the mounting bracket ( behind the headlight, adjustible with screwdriver or 8mm socket ) tilt the light left or right.

just look on the back of the headlight and you can pretty much tell which needed to be turned to adjust your headlight. it also helps if you face your car towards a wall with your headlights on to adjust them.

No need for a pictures, like the other guy said it takes a 8mm to move it. So there are only 2 bolts like that and its in the middle of the 3 phillips and the weird black housing shaped. Just look on the back of the light where the black housing is and you'll see what im talking about.

Re: (EJcoupe)
depending on how you spin the bolts. just have a crack at it and when you do so you'll see the light moving up or down. But the only thing is you might have a gap when you move the light. Like Nike says "Just Do It" its not gonna hurt anything nothing will be messed up.
