Default Harnesses or Fuel Injectors?

Okay, me and a buddy of mine are in the process of swapping an LS into my 93 Delsol. (My first swap. Yay.) So i bought the 95 LS off of an automatic. I was told that i needed the 5 speed harness for it--which i have.

So i guess the question/situation is I can't run off of the automatic harness, correct? Yet when wiring up the motor with the 5 speed harness the plugs for the fuel injectors/fuel rail don't match. 93 Delsol is OBD1 correct? How about 95 integ LS?

Any advice on how to fix this would be grrreat. Some possible solutions that have just been floating around: Splicing wires? replacing the intake manifold with the proper plugs? swapping fuel injectors? anything?
