halfshaft keeps sliding out and idk why...

i have an eg hatch with h22a swap im using a 90-93 integra halfshft but for some reason it keeps sliding out and wont stay in. anyone have an idea of why its doing this?

There are 3 bolts that mount the half shaft to the block. Check the bolts!
