Default Had it with the code 41

Just a little outside info, I put a z6 motor in a dx hatchback
I used the z6 motor harness, up until the shock tower, and the rest of the harness inside the car is a dx harness.
My vtec works fine, however I still pull a code 41.
I changed my o2 sensor with a denso unit, same thing.
I don't know what else is there to do?

did you clear the code after you changed the sensor?

Running a p28 manual from the ex we pulled the z6 from.
How do you clear the code?
Before, I had everything wired to the ecu directly and it still messed up
It's getting frustrating to say the least
