Default H22A EH2 clutch problems

it kinda gradually started happening. i first got the swap and everything is cool. gradually the car would chatter really bad when starting in first (stock clutch) and sometimes jerk when going into second, like i was side stepping the clutch (i wasn't)

then sometimes the car wouldn't go into reverse, and if it did the car would not want to come out of reverse. now pretty much guaranteed in the morning the car won't go into gear. but after driving for about ten minutes the car will shift nearly fine even from dead stop. i get the car going by starting it in gear. sometimes when i do that the car starts as if i had the clutch out with it in gear, and other times it starts perfectly fine. when i left off the clutch during the perfect, "start the car in gear start" it chatter really bad sometimes and sometimes it doesn't. i replaced the clutch master cylinder b/c the old one would leak slowly and it was doing the same thing on that cylinder as it does on the new one. visibly, the clutch fork seems to be moving fully but i can't be sure. i've bled the clutch for about ten minutes on top of just bleeding it until you feel constant pressure. the last thing i can think of is the clutch/pressure plate is broken/falling apart cause something to jam inbetween the two. but it really seems that after driving for about ten minutes its fine. any guesses? or is it just the obvious?

Sounds like a clutch.

Double check your shifter cables.
