I really can't answer that poll without you telling me something. If you want a simple swap that you can just drop in and start adding parts, go with the b16. If you want to have the power and **** load of torque, the h22 is your best bet. What are your plans? Are they 1/4mile or autoX? That will help a lot with the online poll.

I would go with the H22. I have an SI with a B16 and am thinking of replacing it with either a H22 or buying a usdm type-r block and retaining my head. Still undecided ,but not looking to do this very soon any way so I have time to figure out what I'm going to do.

The reason I suggest the H22 is if you get the b16 and mod it and still crave more power you'll be looking at spending lots of money to get huge gains. If you get the H22 it will rip right out the box, And you haven't even started to upgrade yet . It still depends on the goals you have for your car though. (like do you want power steering , do you want AC, and so on)

Just keep in mind, between mount kits, new axles, etc... it costs a LOT more than $2450 to drop an H22A into your car.

That said, it would rock.

H22a or if you want to be really different, swap a Vigor I-5 in there. Haven't seen one of those in years. Wish I had a pic, but here's what it looks it in its native environment...

Here's a nice clean H22a swap (done by HASport in Phx)...

Tube frame will make you stand out also...
