H22 HEADGASKET
my headgasket blew on my h22 ek coupe has anyone done a head gasket on this car with a h22 swap with out taking the motor out it seems almost impossible to take the timing cover off its very close to the strut tower anyways since im taking it apart what kind of build do you guys recommend im looking to do 75shot of nitrous

A 75 shot is fine on a stock motor. And good luck with the headgasket. Its going to be beyond a bitch in there. If you have an auto tensioner you shouldnt even try it without pulling the motor.

Yeah, we had a hard enough time with it OUT of the car.....

you can get the timing cover off. it'll just take a few min to find the correct angle to pull it out at. If you have the auto tensioner, now would be a great time to do the manual conversion. You will not need to pull the motor for the headgasket (although it is a bitch to do). You can run a 75 shot on a 100% stock H without problems, just add fuel or retard timing to prevent detonation and you'll be fine.
