A B18B with a GSR motor?
You need to search, brotha. This has been covered a miiiilllliiiion times.
If you're looking for a cost to benefit, then turboing is always going to be cheaper. Not safer. Not more reliable. Just more horsepower for less $$.

Buy a factory assembled motor. Dont touch the inside of it. Buy bolt ons. That's about as reliable as it gets.
