GSR Swap into EG......................
Alright I need a definate answer on how to wire up the IAB Solenoid to control the dual butterfly that the GSR intake manifold has.
I have been searching this topic since Monday and I have yet to find a definate answer.
I will be putting a 95' GSR(obd1) swap into a 92' hatch. I will be using a GSR engine harness and a obd1 GSR ECU(P72).
Here are the two different ways that people have posted on how to hook this up:
(A) Switch ECU pin A17 and A20 and connect the engine wire connectors to where they are supposed to go and your done............the IAB will work.
or
(B) Connect the pink wire off the IAB connector to ECU pin A17 and connect the black wire to a 12v source and your done...............
So which is it..........A or B.
I would really appreciate your help guys and girls. Thanks!

Re: GSR Swap into EG...................... (EG6 SiR)
if your using the gsr engine harness just switch pin a20 to a17 and thats it. you can check to make sure it works by revving the motor past 5650 or so ( i can't remember exactly ) and you will see the arm move on the diaphragm.
