Gsr into Eg complete. throwing code 21 need input
I just completed a 94 b18c swap into a 92 si hatch for a friend.
We used the stock si harness wich is prewired for vtec. Havent driven the car yet, we have just let it idle but its throwing code 21. motor has not even been rev'd over 5700.
Anyone know what the problem could be? the clips are plugged up correctly. From past experiences ive only seen the code thrown after the ecu tries to engage vtec at 5700

try running a wire straight from the sensor to the ecu. see if that will cure it. If it does then there is a break in the harness somewhere

The code went away once we drove the car and got to the vtec engagment point,, wierd ??? Oh well thanks for the help all
