Did you buy those or were they givin to you? If you bought them I hope you didn't spend too much IMO I would go with some aftermarkets like Skunk or BLOX. More Bang for the buck!

if its a SIRI engine, then definitely do it as you'll notice a big difference. SIRII you could, but you wouldnt pick up that much horsepower. If its not a big deal to you to swap cams then go for it.

Make sure you adjust your valve lash after installing the new cams. Also maybe try to score some type r dual valve springs and retainers or gsr dual springs or aftermarkets.
Or you can get type r intake dual valve springs and move your intake duals over to the exhaust side.
You can do this without removing the head also. Just some thought since you will be right there.
Also inspect your timing belt and consider replacing the water pump since you have to remove the timing belt to swap cams.

For the cams you don't need to (unless your lash is all fucked up) because they are stock cams. And I'm pretty sure GSRs don't come with dual valvesprings...
Just get some feeler gauges and make sure the intake sides are at .006"-.007" on each cylinder at TDC and ".007-.008" on the exhaust side
heres a how to
