was this B16a head ported and polished?
Hey guys just took a JDM b16a motor apart, does it look like a little bit of headwork was done to it? I dont really know too much about the history of this motor but this came in a car that my friend bought over 2 years ago. Can someone please confirm if these are GSR cams? thanks

yes that head has been ported, stock ports have a cast look, not ground down like this. and those look like the 92-93 gsr cams, which i believe have a close profile as the b16 cams.

Definitely ported and polished. The divider between the valves has been cut down and reshaped to allow for better flow. Also no casting marks protruding out in the ports.
