60,000 for platinums (come stock), 30,000 or less for coppers alot cheaper though. Wires should be replaced like every 60,000 miles or if cracks appear.

Re: general maintanence / tune-up (ABK)
Well, I have my wires for 85000 miles and they are great... So my bet would be, change wires if needed...
My maintenance plan:
Sparkplugs (regular NGK) ... 10000
Sparkwires ... as needed
Oil filter (Honda OEM) ... 3500
Oil ... 3500
Fuel filter ... 14000
Tranny oil ... 20000
Coolant ... every 2-3 years (right before the winter kicks in - October would be nice)
Air filter ... never (K&N - just cleaning every 25000) or every 3500-7000 depending on conditions for regular OEM air filter
Belts (A/C, alter., PS) ... 25000
Timing belt/water pump/tensioner - combo change on 60000
Clutch - 60000 (worn or not - I change it)
Clutch fluid ... with the clutch (60000)
Breaks (rotors, pads) ... as needed ... visual inspection
Brake fluid ... 30000-40000
A/C recharging ... every 2 years in spring
That would be it for now...

Re: general maintanence / tune-up (KKVTi)
im bad with tune ups i change everything about every 10-15,000 miles..i just like to keep it all new and running great but i also darg at the track so my plugs take a beating
if you want run some fuel injector cleaner through your system and check your valve cover gasket and grommets (thats just what i do)
WTB: 96-98 black civic coupe shell mint body, nothing else matters
FS: 88 crx dx cheap runs and drives great

Re: general maintanence / tune-up (Sport_Injected)
Depends on the milage of the car. There are activities tabulated on the OEM Manual of the car, its on the last chapter. There are scheduled inpect, replace, and adjust for every part of the car. go check it out.
