im needing a few gauges for my new turbo project but figured that the civic orum would be a good place to find the info.

#1 Mechanical or Electrical?

#2 Which temp gauge 100-250 or 140-280

#3 Oil pressure 0-100 or 0-200 psi?

#4 Oil temp gauge 100-250 or 140-300?

those are my questions that i need answers for. thanks for your input.

1. i like mechanical because i would rather run senders and lines directly to the engine. because there is less chance of malfunction from tapping electrical lines, thats just my opinion,

2. water temp... i would go with 140-280

3. for oil pressure go 0-100psi. your max oil pressure will only be like 85psi

4. 140-300 for oil temp, because oil can reach 250-280 in race conditions
