ok here's my problem. I see these two screws but nothing else. I'm not just to force the whole black piece out right? If I can get a better pic, I'll post it.

its just held in with 3 screws.......take the two top ones out, and then pop out your hazard button and you will see another screw behind there, take that one out and then the rest is just clips...it will take some force to get it out after the screws are out

there is a screw behind the hazard button too be careful when using a flat head screwdriver to get out the hazard button so that you don't scratch the black bezel.

yea un screw the 2 from the cluster...
1 from behind the Hazard button...
I think there was one behind the left vent
Now pull the trim out and un screw the cluster from the inner dash 4 screws I think now unplug the harnesses
once you have the cluster out there is a few clips you gotta push down and slide to get the Plastic face off
depending on what your doing... you can do Amber bulbs now too...
ok you cant remove the needles if your replacing guage faces you have to slide them over the needles...
there is 2 lil screws in each section .... you'll see its very easy!

Re: gauge face installation 94 EX? (civiksiracer1)
There's those 2 you circled.
There's one behind the hazard button and one on the clock. After those 2 you just have to wrestle the black bezel out. After that unscrew the 4 screws holding the cluster in and unplug the connections from the back. After that's it's just common sense.
(Don't forget to take the hazard button off and unhook the clock of the bezel won't move.)
