Default Gauge Cluster Lights not working

I have a 98' Civic DX

A few days ago 2 of my lights in my gauge cluster went out so I removed it to check it out and the bulbs were in fact blown so i decided to buy new ones and just replace all of them while i was in there caus the other ones looked beat anyway. When i put the cluster back in after initially looking at the blown bulbs, none of the bulbs worked and the instrument light fuse blew. I replaced this and i was back to where all but the 2 little lights at the top of the cluster worked. So i went to the store and bought a pack of 194s, 73s, and 24s. Before reassembling everything i popped in the large 194 center bulb and the 73 thats attached to it by wire that runs up to the top of the cluster (). I plugged it in and they lit up so i proceeded to pop in the rest of the bulbs( 6 in all) and then plugged them in. Now when i turn on my lights none of the bulbs light up. I cant find any blown fuses, and this only pertains to the actually lights that illuminate the gauges ( the lights for high beams gas, oil, srs, engine check, and what gear you're in all light) Can anyone help me out?
