I don't really understand what you saying I am assuming english is your second language, it would be sort of nice if you knew the miles for that stuff since most the guys on here are more familiar with miles. For starters just because you bought the tires a year ago doesn't mean the pressure is okay you need to check them every couple of months at least especially when the seasons change. What engine do you have, are there any aftermarket parts?
Secondly it is quite possible that your problem could be from o2 sensor if your still having the problem after replacing plugs and wires. Does the spark look good?

yeah...english is my second language...well...The spark I took out is pretty good ...didn't have any oil around the spark...all the stuff are stock condition...That's my second honda...i try pour some stuff for cleaning the fuel...I am thinking if the ECU need to be reset or the injectors are dirty...o2 sensor...how do I inspect if it is alright or not?

No what I am asking is if you take a spark plug out, plug it in,ground it to the block, and turn the car over what color is the spark it should be blue/purplish. You may have other problems like distributor and rotor causing a weak spark that could affect your mpg. Do you have much experience working on cars, if not it may be hard for you to tel if you have a weak spark or not. I would change the o2 sensor first especially if it has never been changed yet, you are definitely due for a new one.
