fluctuating RPM's d15b7 no cel's

there is a description along with the video. please let me know what you think the issue is.
new parts
fuel pump
fuel filter
ignition coil
ignition module
ngk spark plugs
after market exhaust
If you notice i could not get rpms past 4k.
When driving i try to sustain a speed and the
Rpms flutter then the car stalls out.
Im out of ideas! Help me!
