Default Fixing window on 95VX hatch

My driver's side window doesn't roll up/down properly anymore, it wants to leave the track at the top when you put it all the way up, and when it's partly down it tends to sink an inch or two after a while on its own. I can't roll it all the way down at all and I'm afraid any more up/down is going to break something.

I can't get the door panel off to actually look around in there. I can only find one screw, at the front. I tried prying the cupholder out of the armrest to see if there is something under there but it won't come out. I can't get the crank off but I did read some advice elsewhere on this forum about getting a pin out from behind so have to try that next. The whole panel seems like its sealed to the door somehow with no visible screws.

I need to know how to get this door off and if anyone knows what the cause of the problem might be and what the fix would be. Thanks.

Theres 3 screws 1) in the plastic holding thingy (to grab when shutting the door) 2) inside the door handle itself (that physically opens the door) 3) near the front (not visible when the door is shut).

the window crank pin is easy to take off just find a flat head and push it down.

as for the window, the regulator is probably bent outta shape. I had to replace mine too (passenger side). go to a junkyard and find one/remove one or from a dealer but its pretty expensive i think.

I'd appreciate that and there's no rush. I'll have to scrounge up a regulator anyway if that's the case.

ok now, sorry it took me so long to reply: let me say one thing right away, i suggest not doing this by yourself, have 1 or 2 friends or someone else to help you (you dont wanna risk dropping the window and breaking it)
To start off:
1. there are 3 screws on your door panel. one is inside the cup for pulling the door closed. the second is on the actual door handle panel, (by the lock) and the screw is behind the handle part, the last screw should be a plastic screw... only visible when your door is open. pull the omega pin from the window crank ( just look on the inside of the crank handle, and u will see it, u can use pliers or a screwdriver to get it out, i prefer pliers.
2. use your muscles: get ur fingers under the bottom ledge of the inside door panel, and just give it a good tug, theres plastic clips that hold that panel into place. just pull until the panel is loose. It gets a little stuck near the mirror area so just give it a little force without breaking anything, and now ur door panel is off.
3. there will be plastic wrap on the door, pull it off, or cut it off: whichever you prefer(mine was so old it kept ripping. i never replaced it.
4. there is a series of bolts you have to undo to .... i forgot how many, its raining right now, so tmrw if i can pull my car in the garage, ill try to take some walkthrough pictures. ill update it tomorrow hopefully but so far you got your door panel off.

BTW, i got my regulator for $35 (extremely lucky)(got misquoted) but anyways every1 else quoted me around $70 for a new regulator.

sorry couldnt get pics in today, and batteries for camera are dead. ill try tomorrow after i recover from a hangover most likely
