Default fixed O2 sensor and still pulling O2 sensor code.

Ok so i put a 4-1 DC sports header on my 98' civic ex. with the installation of the header the placement of the O2 sensor was moved to just behind the oil pan. the headers came with an exstension wire and after the installation the check engine light would periodically come on so i replaced it with a brand new one and now the light wont go off and im still pulling the same code.

a note when i first replaced it the wires on the O2 sensor were switched i thought that was the problem but i guess not... Any suggestions on what it could be?

thanks

you prolly wired something wrong, or the wire that came with the kit is a wrong size, or wrong metal. DC junk
