Depends....I say for a B18C, keep it all motor and go for some cams, upgraded valvetrain, high compression pistons, rods, etc.
Or if you haven't got aftermarket headers, get those. Intake manifold? Exhaust??? Yu've got a lot of choices. *scratches head*

Doh! It's late...I didn't see that your car was totally stock. Than yeah, I second the suspension notion. You can have a real nice setup for 2 grand.
Rear Disc brake swap=3-400 dollars
Shox/springs=700 bucks
larger Diameter rear sway=200 bucks from ST
good tires=400 bucks
spend the rest on a camber kit if you need one, an alignment, and maybe some cheap lightweight rims (stock or aftermarket).

for 2k you could get a a lightened flywheel and clutch for 1100 installed then with the rest work on yer suspension.... and install yerself (struts bars tie bars sway bars etc)

buy some apex n1's, you wont regret it they dont make them for the eg but just buy them for an ek and trim the rear bushings on your control arms. then they will fit fine, i have them on my eg and they are the best investment i have made so far.

Try the Mugen down low suspension. 20mm drop, 5 way adjustable. Already built.
It's the silver set up. They are only $1000+4 TypeR LCAs at $65 a piece.
This is what I'm getting in a few months.

No sus, stay sleeper and go turbo. Find a used kit on Parts Trader or Recyler and find a used kit for under $2K.
