1. The stock civic airbox with a GSR intake arm should fit, but you may have to creatively position the arm.
2. I had to trim my exhaust when I put in my B18B. I just cut off a length and rewelded the flange.
Not sure about the belts.

1) It's off by an inch, the rubber hose should be able to adjust (get an intake anyway) edit: the civic hose will never fit over the bigger throttle body
2) I used the JDM ITR 4-1 header bolted to a 2.5" blox flange welded to a 2.5" magnaflow cat welded to a 2.25" flange bolted to my apexi exhaust in the stock location
3) B18C A/C belt
4) if its a JDM ITR your EK hose will bolt right up to the orginal ITR pump, use the B18C belt

He could just get a 3" black rubber coupler, that would probably squeeze it in. Some people like stock airboxes.

theres no reason to keep a stock air box, a simple peice of pipe FTW

Re: Finally went with a swap.. (sicones)
the stock airbox hose DID actually fit onto the motor.. but it was a little tight in the bending and i was afraid to brake the kevlar pipe...
the exhaust is just a few inches off so i figured it was going to be some welding some adapter..
the ex PS pump does NOT correctly fit onto the b18.. im pretty sure i need the SI one..
thanks any other info is welcome

If it's short, then you have a few options:
1) Aftermarket header
2) JDM ITR Exhaust Manifold
3) Small Adapter
4) Omni-power Adjustable Test-Pipe.
